- Order must total over $100.00.
- Offer good only for UPS Ground shipments.
- LTL Freight Truck shipments are excluded.
- Other Exclusions Include: Rolls of wire, unboxed & coiled hose, oils & lubricants, toilets, air conditioners and any other any other item we deem necessary. (Contact MMD with any question concerning specific products)
- Offer includes continental United States only
- Drop ships from MMD to a retail customer for a dealer do NOT qualify for free freight, and will incur a $5 fee.
- Drop ship fees from our vendors to our customers will still apply on ALL orders.
- Oversized items and hazmat items shipping fees will still apply.
- C.O.D. fees and fuel surcharges still apply on ALL orders.
- Ship complete orders - when an order contains items that are backordered, and the order is held for shipment until items are available, the order will receive free freight if it totals over $100.
- Ship now and backorder rest - when an order contains items that are backordered, and the in-stock items are sent immediately and the backordered items shipped separately when they are available, if the order totals over $100, only the initial shipment will receive free freight. However, if the total of the backordered items is also over $100, then that shipment will also receive free freight.
- Orders split between warehouses - If the only way to fill an order is to split the shipments between MMD warehouses, it will still receive free freight if the order totals over $100.
- Whenever an order is returned to us and the cause of return IS NOT the fault of MMD, then the customer is responsible for the initial shipment's freight charge as well as the freight charge for the return shipment, and may also be required to pay a restock fee.
- Whenever an order is returned to us and the cause of return IS the fault of MMD, then MMD will pay the return shipment's freight as well as the replacement shipment's freight.
